UK Postage & Packaging: All product prices include the associated UK postage/shipping & packaging costs. This may be expressed as “Free UK Shipping and Handling” or “Free UK Postage and Packaging”.
Non-UK/International Postage & Packaging/Shipping: Postage to counties outside of the UK will incur additional shipping fees. These fees will be included in your order total on the checkout page before payment is taken.
UK DeliveryAll UK orders will be processed within seven English calendar working days from the receipt of cleared payments. This is in the effort to deliver goods to the customer’s “Shipping Address” within fourteen English calendar working days. All goods are sent via the Royal Mail, therefore Frontier Wrestling Alliance takes no responsibility for delay, damage or loss of goods, or any consequential loss, however, refund and replacement requests will be handled on an order-by-order basis.
It should be noted that cheques take up to ten days to clear so please allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque.

Your Right to Cancel and Claim a Refund Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after you place your order and up to seven working days after you receive the goods. Your obligation after delivery and in the period up to the point of cancellation is to keep possession of the goods and take reasonable care of the goods. In the case of clothing you should only put the clothing on for the purpose of trying the clothing on.
