Pricing
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Unless otherwise stated all prices are our standard prices and will usually remain the same for any particular item. We do however reserve the right to make permanent and special-offer price changes at anytime. This does not affect Your Right To Cancel or Claim a Refund (more details to be found further letter in these terms and conditions).

UK Postage & Packaging:
All product prices include the associated UK postage/shipping & packaging costs. This may be expressed as “Free UK Shipping and Handling” or “Free UK Postage and Packaging”.

Non-UK/International Postage & Packaging/Shipping:
Postage to counties outside of the UK will incur additional shipping fees. These fees will be included in your order total on the checkout page before payment is taken.

UK Delivery
All UK orders will be processed within seven English calendar working days from the receipt of cleared payments. This is in the effort to deliver goods to the customer’s “Shipping Address” within fourteen English calendar working days. All goods are sent via the Royal Mail, therefore Frontier Wrestling Alliance takes no responsibility for delay, damage or loss of goods, or any consequential loss, however, refund and replacement requests will be handled on an order-by-order basis.

It should be noted that cheques take up to ten days to clear so please allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque.

Non-UK/International Delivery
All Non-UK/International orders will be processed within seven English calendar working days from the receipt of cleared payment. All goods are sent via Air Mail through Royal Mail, therefore Frontier Wrestling Alliance takes no responsibility for delay, damage or loss of goods, or any consequential loss, however, refund and replacement requests will be handled on an order-by-order basis.

Placing Your Order
We are only able to accept orders from people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 please ask your parent or guardian to place your order.

Order Status
You can stay up to date with the status of your order by going to User Menu -> Your Orders. This will list out all of your past orders along with an Order Status. Order Status' will be one of the following:

Pending - Order payment has been received and awaiting processing at depot
Processing - Order is being handled at depot
Dispatched - Order has left the depot via post
Collected - Order has been collection by customer
Awaiting Payment - Order has been made and is awaiting payment
Awaiting Payment Clearance - Order has been made, cheque/e-cheque has been received and awaiting funds to clear.

Refunded - Order had been cancelled and payment has been refunded

Your Right to Cancel and Claim a Refund
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after you place your order and up to seven working days after you receive the goods. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of receiving the goods back to our depot.

Your obligation after delivery and in the period up to the point of cancellation is to keep possession of the goods and take reasonable care of the goods. After you have cancelled you have a duty to restore the goods to us and in the meantime retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. In the case of clothing you should only put the clothing on for the purpose of trying the clothing on.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, misdescribed or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense.

If We Have Problems Fulfilling Your Order
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you to give you the choice of cancelling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock as appropriate.
