BIO: It is not hard to tell what has made Bubblegum so popular with FWA fans. Anyone who has ever been told that they are too small and their dreams are too big can identify with this courageous youngster who has spent his entire career managing to achieve what his detractors said was impossible. Having started out as a starry-eyed fan collecting autographs from his favourite stars, Bubblegum has risen to become one of the most successful athletes on the FWA roster, competing alongside some of the same men whom he idolised just a few years ago.

By October 2009, Bubblegum was the only man to have qualified for both the Flyweight and Heavyweight title tournaments in the new FWA. His path through the latter was particularly impressive, seeing him upset the likes of Dave Moralez and Joel Redman on his way to the semi finals.

Unfortunately, Bubblegum's luck would run out at Hotwired. Having suffered an abdominal injury a week before his semi final with Andrew Simmons, the high-flying favourite faced an uphill struggle from the start but gave an almost superhuman effort to take his opponent to the limit. In the end he was forced to submit to a brutal Boston crab, but his efforts surely won him even more admirers than he had before.

There was more bad news in store for this courageous young grappler. Having returned from the six-month suspension he earned for striking an official after his loss to Bubblegum in the tournament, Moralez was looking for revenge and jumped his rival at Battle Lines. The Human Hate Machine proceeded to unleash a merciless assault which caused significant further injury to Bubblegum's abdomen and forced him to subsequently "take a step back" from in-ring action. There is now widespread speculation that this popular young flyweight will never be able to wrestle again - a suggestion that his many fans and admirers will desperately be hoping is not true.
